Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis is an opportunity to build Revenue Operations at TGI Sport from the ground up.As our first Global Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll create the commercial operating model that gives us a consistent view of our customers, pipeline and revenue across a complex global business.TGI Sport is on an ambitious transformation journey. Through our One TGI programme, we're bringing together multiple businesses, markets and commercial teams into one globally connected organisation. Those businesses generate revenue in different ways, with different customers, products and sales cycles. Your job will be to find the common thread.Working across our global commercial organisation, alongside Finance, FP&A and our wider transformation team, you’ll define how we manage customers from initial opportunity through to contract, creating consistent commercial disciplines while recognising where individual businesses need to operate differently.A major part of this will be the introduction of our new company-wide Salesforce CRM. You’ll own the commercial operating model behind the platform: defining the workflows, data, reporting and ways of working we need from it. Working alongside a Salesforce Solutions Architect and our internal technology and data teams, you'll help turn those requirements into a CRM that works for our business. This isn't a role for someone who simply reports the numbers. We need someone who can get underneath them, challenge them and make sure our commercial leaders have accurate, meaningful information they can use to make decisions. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, influencing senior commercial leaders and building something from scratch, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on how TGI Sport operates globally.Your MissionBuild and develop our global Revenue Operations capability, creating the commercial disciplines, processes and insight needed to support sustainable growth.Design a consistent global commercial operating model across businesses with different products, customers, markets and revenue models.Own the commercial requirements for our new Salesforce CRM, working with commercial leaders to define customer journeys, pipeline stages, workflows, data and reporting.Work closely with our Salesforce Solutions Architect, data specialists and internal teams as the CRM is designed and implemented.Establish Salesforce as a reliable single source of truth for pipeline, customer and commercial data.Partner with senior commercial leaders across the business, bringing consistency and constructive challenge to how opportunities and revenue are managed and reported.Lead sales forecasting globally, giving Executive and Finance teams accurate visibility of pipeline and expected performance.Create meaningful reporting across pipeline health, stage progression, new business, retention, renewals, win/loss conversion, upsell, pricing and customer health.Translate complex commercial data into clear Executive-level reporting and actionable insight.Establish consistent GTM processes while recognising where different businesses and revenue streams require different approaches.Support revenue planning across territories, markets, capacity, quotas and sales targets.Partner with Finance, FP&A and HR on wider commercial planning and sales incentive structures. What You'll BringEssentialExperience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a similar commercial operations role, with the credibility to work with senior commercial and Executive-level stakeholders.Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where products, priorities and ways of working are constantly evolving, with a track record of bringing structure to complexity.Strong Salesforce experience and a clear understanding of how CRM should support commercial teams, including pipeline, workflows, data and reporting.Strong experience of sales forecasting, pipeline management and using commercial data to deliver meaningful insight and drive better decision-making.Experience working across multiple products, customer types, markets or revenue streams, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, drive accountability and improve commercial discipline.DesirableExperience within a PE-backed environment.Experience working across an international or multi-business organisation.Experience working through acquisition, integration or significant organisational transformation.Experience within technology, SaaS, media, advertising, sports or another business with evolving products and revenue models. An interest in sport, media or sports technology.About TGI SportTGI Sport is a global sports technology business trusted by many of the world's leading sporting organisations. With more than 500 employees across 15+ international offices, we deliver technology, media rights, advertising and fan engagement solutions that power more than 5,000 sporting events every year.As we continue to grow, we're bringing together technology, AI, media and sport in new ways through our One TGI transformation—creating opportunities for our people to make a genuine impact. What else do I get from TGI Sport?Annual discretionary bonus, company pension, enhanced family leave, learning and development, private gym, rooftop terrace, access to selected sporting events and more.Build our global Revenue Operations capability from the ground up.Help design the commercial operating model behind our new global CRM.Work directly with senior leaders across our global commercial and finance organisation.Play a key role during one of the most significant transformation programmes in our history.Work with some of the biggest names in global sport, media and technology.Flexible working built around global collaboration.TGI Sport is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
