We report from the places where the future of robotics is actually being built inside robotics companies, factories, laboratories, research facilities, major industry events and real-world deployments across the globe. We are now looking for an exceptional Global Robotics Correspondent to take on one of the most important journalistic positions within Robot24.com. This person will become a key international representative of our platform travelling around the world to sit down with the CEOs, founders and executives behind the world’s leading robotics companies and bring their stories, technologies and strategies to our global audience. This is not a traditional desk-based journalism position. Your newsroom is the world. One week you may be interviewing the founder of a humanoid robotics company in China. The next, you could be inside a robotics factory in the United States, speaking with engineers in South Korea or reporting from a major industry event in Europe. The Role As our Global Robotics Correspondent, you will represent Robot24.com at the highest level. We are looking for someone who can walk into a room with a CEO, understand the business and technology in front of them, and conduct an intelligent, confident and engaging conversation. You must be able to go beyond a prepared list of questions. We want a journalist who listens, reacts, challenges when appropriate and knows when an answer deserves a follow-up question. Before every interview, you will be expected to deeply research the company, its products, its technology, its competitors and the wider story behind it. Previous robotics expertise is not required. What matters is intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. We can teach robotics. We cannot teach five years of journalistic instinct, confidence and interviewing experience overnight. What You’ll Do * Travel extensively around the world representing Robot24.com * Conduct high-level, on-camera interviews with CEOs, founders and senior executives of leading robotics companies * Visit robotics manufacturers, factories, laboratories, research facilities and real-world deployments * Report from the world’s most important robotics events and exhibitions * Research every company and interview subject thoroughly before filming * Develop original, intelligent and sometimes challenging interview questions * Conduct spontaneous follow-up questions based on the conversation * Understand complex technologies well enough to explain them clearly to a global audience * Identify the story behind the product — not simply repeat company talking points * Work closely with our editorial team to develop strong interview angles and stories * Present naturally, confidently and professionally on camera * Build long-term relationships with key figures across the international robotics industry * Represent Robot24.com professionally in meetings with some of the industry’s most senior decision-makers Who We’re Looking For You are first and foremost an experienced journalist and interviewer. You should have: * Minimum 5 years of professional journalism experience * A strong track record in journalism, broadcast reporting, interviewing or international correspondence * Exceptional, fully fluent English — both spoken and written * Outstanding verbal communication skills and a sophisticated vocabulary * A confident, articulate and natural interviewing style * A strong, polished and professional on-camera presence * Excellent presentation and professional appearance * The confidence to sit opposite CEOs and senior executives and lead the conversation * Strong journalistic instincts and independent editorial judgment * The ability to listen carefully and ask intelligent follow-up questions * Excellent research and preparation skills * Genuine curiosity about technology, business and robotics * The ability to understand complex products and technologies quickly * The flexibility to travel internationally on a frequent basis and sometimes at short notice * Dubai-based Robotics Background A robotics background is not required. We are not necessarily looking for a robotics expert who can present. We are looking for an outstanding journalist who can become a robotics expert. You must, however, have the willingness and intellectual curiosity to immerse yourself in the subject. When you interview a CEO, we expect you to understand what their company builds, why it matters, who their competitors are and what questions the audience genuinely wants answered. A Key Role at Robot24.com This is not simply another presenting position. The Global Robotics Correspondent will become one of the key journalistic faces of Robot24.com internationally and will represent our brand in front of the people shaping the global robotics industry. You will have access to companies, technologies and decision-makers that most people only read about. You will travel to where the stories are happening, meet the people building the next generation of robots and bring those conversations directly to a global audience.
