Able to understandCategory Taxonomy and experience in managing deliverables in Direct andIndirect categories.•Lead & able to research trends in the industry as well as “Best practices,process data effectively for benchmark analysis, supplier profiling andfinancial risk assessment activities and create analysis to supportrecommendations for periodic changes•Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and implement corrective actionswhen necessary. Prepare supplier risk assessment reports and should be ableto do industry benchmarking and market intelligence reports independently.•Develop and manage the RFx process across categories, including thepreparation and distribution of RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Requestfor Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations). Lead the supplierevaluation process, including conducting supplier assessments, evaluatingscorecard/proposals, and analyzing supplier capabilities and makerecommendations based on defined criteria, negotiate contracts with newvendor and manage supplier relationships.•Participate in strategic procurement exercises such as vision/strategysessions by providing to Client Category Manager pertinent sub-categoryinformation to aid in developing strategic goals and objectivesPlease share cv to snehal.raut@qmail.quesscorp.com
