Global SSC Head

Role Overview：We are seeking a Global Head of Shared Services to build and lead a scalable, efficient, and customer-focused global service delivery organization. This role will drive operational excellence, process standardization, digital transformation, and service quality across regions.Key Responsibilities：Define and execute the global Shared Services strategy and operating model.Lead service delivery across global and regional teams.Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.Establish governance, SLAs, performance metrics, and risk controls.Partner with senior leaders to support global business growth.Build and develop a high-performing, multicultural team.Requirements：Extensive leadership experience in Shared Services, GBS, or global operations.Proven success in building or transforming multinational service organizations.Strong expertise in operational excellence, digitalization, and change management.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural leadership skills.Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.Fluent English; international travel may be required.
