We foster an inclusive culture where employees take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.Job PurposeThe Global Supply Manager leads sourcing strategy and supplier management for high-value, technically complex categories that are critical to the company’s production operations.This role requires strategic thinking, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to operate independently across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and senior leadership teams. The Global Supply Manager will build trusted supplier partnerships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and help strengthen the company’s global supply base as the organization continues to grow.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies and cost roadmaps aligned with the company’s growth and production plans.Lead complex commercial negotiations involving pricing, capacity commitments, lead times, and long-term supply agreements.Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and executive-level supplier relationships.Build strong partnerships with suppliers to improve performance, strengthen capacity, and support long-term business requirements.Mentor and support junior Global Supply Managers in project execution, supplier management, and negotiation strategy.Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supplier quality, cost, delivery, and overall performance.Partner with Engineering and Operations to translate technical and production requirements into effective sourcing strategies.Identify and mitigate supplier, capacity, cost, and continuity risks across assigned categories.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; an MBA or technical degree is preferred.Seven or more years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.Demonstrated success managing strategic suppliers within a global manufacturing environment.Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and long-term supply arrangements.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior business leaders.Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with supplier development, qualification, performance management, and risk assessments.Understanding of cost structures for machined, cast, or fabricated components.Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings, lead-time reductions, and supplier-performance improvements.Prior experience in a startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling manufacturing environment.Experience supporting aerospace, defense, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.Compensation and BenefitsThe company offers a competitive salary and equity package.
