About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Global Business Process Owner to lead the definition, standardization, and continuous improvement of key business processes across an international organization.This strategic role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process harmonization, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities. Acting as a key change agent, the successful candidate will foster innovation, promote best practices, and support the adoption of consistent ways of working across multiple regions and functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, maintain, and continuously improve global business processes, standards, and operating models in collaboration with key stakeholders.Drive process excellence initiatives, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and innovation.Ensure alignment and consistency of processes across regions, promoting best practices and operational efficiency.Support business teams in assessing current ways of working, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing sustainable solutions.Lead and support change management activities to facilitate the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate operational requirements into effective digital solutions.Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness, business performance, and adoption levels.Promote a culture of continuous improvement by developing networks of subject matter experts and fostering collaboration across teams.Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring delivery of strategic and operational objectives.Act as a trusted partner between business, technology, and operational functions, driving alignment and successful execution of transformation initiatives.Candidate ProfileProven experience in business process management, operational excellence, transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives within an international environment.Strong track record of leading change management and business transformation programs.Experience working with enterprise systems, digital solutions, and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to drive standardization and governance.Knowledge of KPI frameworks, performance management, and process maturity models.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills within matrix organizations.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.Experience leading and developing teams in international environments.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Comfortable operating in dynamic and evolving business environments.Willingness to travel internationally when required.Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an advantage.Why Apply?This is a unique opportunity to join a global organization undergoing significant transformation and play a key role in shaping procurement and supplier management capabilities at an international scale.
