GLOBAL TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION MANAGER

MissionTo preserve, develop and transmit Margy’s Monte Carlo’s unique expertise by building a world-class training and professional education ecosystem and by ensuring the consistent transmission of the brand’s treatment philosophy, techniques and product expertise worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Training StrategyDevelop and implement the global Training & Professional Education strategy Develop professional training programmes for therapists, distributors and partners Create product and treatment education materials Develop training manuals, educational tools and digital learning content Worldwide Training NetworkLead, animate and coordinate the international network of Training Managers / Training Leaders across all markets Establish regular communication, sharing and best-practice initiatives across the worldwide training community Ensure alignment of training standards, treatment protocols and educational content globally Support and coach local Training Managers in their development and implementation of training programmes Organise regular international training meetings, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions Identify training needs across markets and develop appropriate educational solutions Ensure consistent transmission of Margy’s philosophy, techniques and expertise worldwide Professional Education & CertificationTrain and certify therapists, distributors and professional partners Develop advanced education programmes, masterclasses and professional workshops Coordinate international training sessions Develop tools to support continuous learning and professional development Work closely with Product Development to integrate new products and innovations into training Brand Heritage & ExpertiseAct as a key guardian of the Margy’s treatment DNA and professional excellence Maintain a direct link with Margie Lombard to ensure the authentic transmission of the brand's founder expertise and treatment philosophy Collaborate with Communication to transform professional expertise into educational and communication content in Margy’s Academy International TravelThis is an international role with approximately 50% travel, including:International training sessions Distributor and partner training Spa and hotel training Regional and global Training Manager meetings Masterclasses and professional education events ProfileStrong experience in professional skincare, spa, aesthetics, cosmetics or education Excellent knowledge of facial treatments and therapist techniques Strong pedagogical and presentation skills Proven ability to lead and coordinate an international professional network Strong interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time Fluent English; additional languages are an advantageBased in Epagny Switzerland when not travelling
