present course materials.Our trainers teach, facilitate, demonstrate, coach, assess, and design transformational learning experiences that translate artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into practical workforce capabilities.What You’ll DoDepending on qualifications, certifications, customer requirements, and assignment, responsibilities may include:* Deliver engaging instructor-led training in virtual, hybrid, and in-person environments.* Facilitate AI and technology workshops, demonstrations, labs, exercises, and knowledge checks.* Translate complex technical concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences.* Train professional, enterprise, education, workforce-development, and community audiences.* Develop and adapt curricula, presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, labs, and job aids.* Support Train-the-Trainer and instructor-development programs.* Measure learner progress and use feedback and performance data to improve training effectiveness.* Collaborate with JSC leadership, customers, partners, curriculum teams, and technology professionals.* Participate in continuous professional development and maintain applicable technical credentials.* Follow JSC requirements for Responsible AI, accessibility, information security, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, and professional conduct.Technology & Training corporate training, instructional design, workforce development, technology enablement, consulting, AI, cloud, data, or a related discipline.* Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning for adult, professional, education, workforce, or technical audiences.* Strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of experience.* Experience using, teaching, or supporting AI, Generative AI, cloud, data, productivity, business applications, or related technologies.* Ability to learn emerging technologies rapidly.* Commitment to continuous professional development.* Willingness to complete JSC-designated training and certification requirements when applicable.* Ability to work effectively with geographically and culturally diverse teams and learners.Microsoft Certifications & CredentialsApplicable Microsoft certifications and trainer credentials are highly preferred and may be required for designated training assignments.Microsoft certifications, Microsoft Applied Skills credentials, recognized Microsoft trainer credentials, and other relevant technical certifications may be considered when determining:* Qualification level* Training assignment eligibility* Technical specialization* Scope of responsibility* Professional-development pathway* Initial compensation
