This is a rare opportunity to help reimagine how people interact with a mature global software platform as AI fundamentally changes what digital experiences can be.This isn’t a traditional design management role. Take a peek at the key details below and apply today.As Global UX/UI Design Lead, you will:Help define the next generation of UX for a global platform used across industries, markets, and complex business environments.Explore new interaction models for an AI-first world, moving beyond static interfaces and predetermined workflows toward more adaptive and conversational experiences.Stay hands-on in the craft, using Figma and prototyping to explore concepts, build critical user journeys, and establish the quality bar through your own work.Start with the user and the “why,” using first-principles thinking to break complex problems down and create intuitive experiences.Shape product strategy, interaction design, visual systems, and platform-wide UX standards.Lead and elevate a small, experienced UX team while giving strong individual contributors room to own their work.Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and senior leadership to debate ideas, influence direction, and turn ambitious concepts into real products.Evolve a scalable design system that can support a global platform and its next generation of experiences.Who we’re searching for / About you:10+ years of product design experience with exceptional depth in interaction and UX design.A portfolio that shows your thinking, including the problem you inherited, why you made the decisions you did, and how the experience evolved.Deep curiosity about users and the ability to translate that understanding into elegant product experiences.Strong hands-on expertise with Figma, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.Experience designing sophisticated digital products. Your background may come from enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or complex consumer products.Experience tackling complicated workflows, systems, or user problems and making them feel dramatically simpler.The ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level. You can articulate a long-term vision and then open Figma and start bringing it to life.Strong collaboration and influence skills, particularly when working with senior Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.Experience leading or mentoring other designers without needing to be a traditional people manager.Bachelor’s degree required.We know that experience is gathered in many ways.
