NORP KNIT INDUSTRIES LIMITED is looking for GM/AGM - ITJob Description / ResponsibilityLead and manage overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, networks, and IT services across corporate and factory locations.Ensure smooth operation and high availability of servers, networks, internet, ERP, Kormee, business applications, and other IT systems.Manage ERP, software applications, system integration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Oversee network infrastructure, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, servers, CCTV, access control, backup, and disaster recovery systems.Develop and implement IT security policies, cybersecurity controls, data protection, and risk-management practices.Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents, user support requirements, and system-related issues.Prepare and manage IT budgets, annual plans, infrastructure upgrades, and technology investment proposals.Lead IT projects from planning to implementation while ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and business requirements.Manage IT vendors, service providers, consultants, contracts, licenses, and SLAs.Lead, motivate, and develop the IT team to achieve departmental objectives.Ensure proper IT documentation, asset management, SOPs, policies, and audit compliance.Provide strategic IT recommendations to senior management and support business continuity.Perform other IT-related responsibilities assigned by Management.Educational RequirementsMaster of Information & Communication Technology (MICT)Bachelor of Science (BSc)Skills Required: Audit, Project Management, Hardware & Networking, Team Leading, Problem solving and decision making, Communication and interpersonal skillExperience Requirements10 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud technologies, backup and disaster recovery.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple locations and critical IT operations.Willingness to travel between corporate and factory locations as required.10–15 years of relevant professional experience in IT management, infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, systems, or IT operations.Experience in RMG, Textile, Manufacturing, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.Proven experience in managing IT teams, infrastructure, ERP/business applications, vendors, and IT projects.Job LocationGazipur (Gazipur Sadar)SalaryTk. 140000 - 180000 (Monthly)
