Some need a person.We are launching private tutoring for students who need individualised help to reach their target. The platform does an excellent job of the diagnosis: unit-level exercises that pinpoint where a student is stuck, lessons generated at the right level, practice queued for after the session, and personalised feedback every 30 minutes of study. Your job starts from there. You sit with the student, see the moment their reasoning goes wrong, and fix it, in words they can follow and reuse.At e-GMAT, we help students succeed. You will be a pivotal part of that journey for the students who need it most. The role is GMAT today. SAT has launched, and GRE and ACT are next on the roadmap; the role grows with them.The one thing we care about mostClarity of expression. A student who got a question wrong should leave your explanation understanding exactly why, and holding a question they can ask themselves next time. You visualise an argument so the student can picture it. You trace a solution one step at a time. You would rather give one wrong answer explained lucidly than eight right answers asserted. Everything else in this posting follows from this.This role isn't for everyoneYou own each student's success end to end. Not their schedule, check-in calls or study plan; a learning manager handles those. You own whether they learn: identify where a student is falling short, define why they are struggling, deliver the teaching that fixes it, track whether it worked, and iterate until the student reaches their level of success. Every session is recorded. Every lesson ends in a mastery check on fresh questions. Deliver one-to-one subject-matter coaching, live, on the e-GMAT platform, to a caseload of students working toward their target scores.Diagnose before you teach. Read the student's unit-qualifying results, recent work and 30-minute feedback trail before every session. Name the specific reasoning step that is broken.Teach from the right level. The system generates the lesson at beginner, intermediate or advanced. You deliver it, make the student do the reasoning, and move them up when they clear the mastery threshold on fresh questions.Track and iterate. After every lesson, check whether the weakness is fixed. If not, change the approach. Hand the learning manager a five-line note: what was covered, where the student is stuck, what practice was set.Run the AI operations of your caseload. Review and correct the AI-generated lessons and feedback your students receive, flag errors and gaps to the product team, and use our Claude-powered evaluation agents and tracking tools to keep a clear picture of every student. Over time, help make the system that prepares your sessions better.Capture success. When a student reaches their target, help us tell their story.How you'll be evaluatedWhat we measure.
