Team members collaborate closely with clinics to understand real-world challenges and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.Role Description This is a contract, on-site Gohighlevel Developer role based in Dubai. The Gohighlevel Developer will configure, customize, and maintain Gohighlevel workflows, pipelines, and automations to support clinic operations and marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing funnels, integrating third-party tools, setting up triggers and campaigns, and ensuring data flows correctly across CRM, email, SMS, and other communication channels. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, documenting configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Gohighlevel solutions. The developer will continuously test and refine systems to improve user experience, lead management, and overall clinic performance.Qualifications Strong Gohighlevel platform expertise, including building funnels, setting up automations, and configuring pipelines and CRM workflows.Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and connecting Gohighlevel to third-party tools such as calendars, payment gateways, and marketing platforms.Skills in marketing automation and campaign management, including email, SMS, and multi-channel communication strategies.Proficiency in basic web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript fundamentals) for landing page customization and troubleshooting.Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and marketing stakeholders.Experience working with healthcare or clinic environments is an advantage, as well as familiarity with CRM and practice management concepts.Relevant technical or IT education, certification, or proven track record in similar Gohighlevel/CRM implementation roles.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
