We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and modern distributed systems to join our growing engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.Build and optimize high-performance APIs using REST and GraphQL.Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including query tuning and performance enhancement.Develop and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka.Implement and optimize caching strategies using Redis.Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and identify performance bottlenecks.Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues, including HTTP 500 errors and system failures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust, secure, and scalable solutions.Monitor application health and performance using observability and monitoring tools.Ensure high availability, reliability, and low-latency performance across services.Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in Golang backend development.Solid expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database performance tuning.Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL architecture.Experience with Kafka and event-driven microservices architectures.Expertise in Redis caching and performance optimization.Experience troubleshooting and supporting distributed systems in production environments.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Experience with performance tuning, scalability improvements, and latency reduction.Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis for application and infrastructure issues.Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:Azure Application InsightsNew RelicGrafanaPrometheusPreferred ExperienceExperience with the following technologies will be highly advantageous:HasuraSupabaseTemporalSaleorAlgoliaCloudflareMicrosoft AzureMicroservices architectureCI/CD and DevOps practicesWhat We're Looking ForStrong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.Passion for building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Employment TypeFull-Time
