About the Role We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a strong background in backend development and networking protocols to build and maintain high-performance, distributed backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend technologies along with expertise in networking concepts, VPNs, routing protocols, and cloud-native deployments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. Build and enhance distributed microservices with a focus on scalability and reliability. Deploy, manage, and optimize applications in Kubernetes environments. Configure and manage networking components including OSPF routing, Virtual Tunnel Interfaces (VTI), and IPsec VPNs. Integrate and monitor systems using SNMP traps for real-time network monitoring and alerting. Develop secure APIs using RESTful APIs and gRPC. Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS. Optimize backend applications for high performance through concurrent programming and system tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable backend solutions. Required Skills & Experience Backend Development 6+ years of experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in Go. Experience building distributed microservices. Strong understanding of concurrent programming and performance optimization. Networking Hands-on experience with: OSPF Routing IPsec VPN Virtual Tunnel Interfaces (VTI) SNMP Integration & Traps Good understanding of Linux networking and network programming. Cloud & Infrastructure Kubernetes Docker Linux Systems Microservices Architecture Security & APIs OAuth2 JWT mTLS REST APIs gRPC Preferred Qualifications Experience working on cloud-native, containerized applications. Strong troubleshooting skills across backend applications and networking infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
