We are looking for a Web Application Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications. This role spans backend services, data stores, and frontend user experiences. You’ll work closely with product, platform, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable software.ResponsibilitiesBackend EngineeringDesign and implement backend services using Go (Golang)Build and maintain APIs (REST and/or gRPC)Design efficient schemas and queries using PostgreSQLUse Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimizationWrite clean, testable, and well‑documented codeDiagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issuesFrontend EngineeringBuild responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using ReactDevelop frontend logic using JavaScript and TypeScriptCollaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into UI componentsEnsure cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility, and performanceFull‑Stack & IntegrationDeliver end‑to‑end features across the full application stackIntegrate frontend applications with backend servicesParticipate in architectural discussions and technical design reviewsQuality & CollaborationWrite unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testsParticipate in code reviews and knowledge sharingWork in an Agile/Scrum environmentContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflowsRequirementsTechnical skillsStrong production experience with GolangSolid understanding of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimizationExperience using Redis in production environmentsProficiency with ReactStrong skills in JavaScript and TypeScriptWorking knowledge of Python (scripting, tooling, or services)Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, and web application architectureExperience with Git and collaborative development workflowsFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and modern deployment practicesAbility to debug complex systems across multiple layers
