The Golang Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and testable code, reviewing peer code, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing performance. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to refine requirements, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to architecture and technical documentation. The developer will be expected to follow best practices in CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud-native development while continuously improving code quality and reliability.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development, including experience with concurrency, microservices, and RESTful or gRPC APIs.Skills in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL systems, and experience with schema design, queries, and performance tuning.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for deploying and managing services.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and monitoring/logging tools to ensure robust and maintainable systems.Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and general backend security concepts.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and comfort in a hybrid work environment.Prior experience in high-scale or distributed systems environments is a plus; exposure to consulting or client-facing projects is beneficial.
