The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building backend services using Go and deploying applications on AWS.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Golang (Go).Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop cloud-native applications and services on AWS.Work with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.Implement secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant solutions.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments.Troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams.Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.Required Skills5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years of hands-on Golang development.Strong proficiency in Go, concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go modules.Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.Strong understanding of Git, Linux, networking, and distributed systems.Good understanding of security, scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Experience with Kafka or other messaging/event-driven systems.Familiarity with AWS IAM, VPC, API Gateway, and CloudFront.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
