Gold Sales Advisor

Harakter Invest is looking for a Gold Sales Advisor who will build and manage a portfolio of investor relationships, introducing qualified investors to the gold capital-introduction program and guiding them through onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach qualified investor prospects within assigned target segments/communitiesBuild long-term relationships. This is a trust-based, multi-meeting sales cycle, not a single-visit closeAccurately explain the investment structure and profit-share basis. Never overstate or guarantee returns beyond what is formally approvedCoordinate with the compliance coordinator to complete KYC/AML documentation for each investorMaintain accurate CRM records: pipeline stage, meeting notes, follow-upsRepresent Haracter Holding professionally at investor events and meetingsRequirements3+ years in relationship-based B2C or B2B sales: banking (relationship/wealth), real estate, luxury goods, or financial services preferredExperience working with or selling to family offices is a strong plus, with familiarity in how family offices evaluate, decide, and allocate capitalExisting network or credible access to target investor communities (South Asian, Chinese, or GCC national)Comfortable with a longer sales cycle and consultative, not pushy, selling styleBasic understanding of KYC/AML concepts, or willingness to be trained before client contactArabic, Hindi/Urdu, or Mandarin language skills a strong plus given target marketsUAE residency/transferable work visa
