Alongside our expertise in 3D printing, precious metal casting, scanning and engraving, our in-house workshop brings together the making, mounting, setting and finishing stages of production.With the full process under one roof, we work closely across disciplines to achieve jewellery of lasting quality, with care and attention at every stage.The opportunityWe are looking for an accomplished Goldsmith with a minimum of five years’ professional bench experience to join our workshop, working on fine jewellery and high-end pieces.This role would suit someone who takes real pride in their craft, combining strong technical skills with a discerning eye for proportion, detail and finish. You should have proven experience producing jewellery to an exacting standard and be comfortable undertaking delicate and intricate work.Working closely with our team, you will bring a thoughtful, precise approach to each piece, maintaining the quality of workmanship throughout every stage of production.The roleMaking, assembling and finishing fine jewellery to a consistently high standard.Interpreting designs and technical briefs, with careful attention to construction, proportion and wearability.Working confidently on intricate pieces that demand precision and sound judgement.Checking your own work thoroughly and resolving technical challenges.Managing your workload to meet agreed deadlines while maintaining quality.Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best possible result for each piece.About youA minimum of five years’ professional experience as a working goldsmith.A proven background in fine jewellery, including high-end pieces.Strong traditional bench skills and a thorough understanding of precious metals and jewellery construction.Excellent attention to detail, with a particular focus on accuracy and finish.The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a workshop team.A reliable, organised approach and a clear sense of responsibility for your work.This is an opportunity to apply your skills to carefully considered jewellery, within a team that values craftsmanship, shares technical knowledge and brings together expertise across the full manufacturing process.To applyPlease send your CV, a brief covering note and examples of your work to norman@ino-creative.com.
