Team members work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop specialized skills in golf equipment and turf machinery.Role Description The Golf Cart and Machinery Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing golf carts and turf machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, replacing parts, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and golf course staff, maintaining accurate service records, and following manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures. The technician may also support basic irrigation equipment checks related to golf course machinery and provide on-site customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations.Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.Knowledge of golf carts, golf equipment, and basic golf course operations relevant to machinery use.Familiarity with irrigation-related components and their integration with golf course machinery.Experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic repair of vehicles or industrial equipment; prior work with turf machinery is an advantage.Ability to read technical manuals, follow maintenance schedules, and use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools safely.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field preferred.Willingness to work on-site in outdoor conditions, with flexibility for peak-season workloads.
