Golf Operations Attendant

Position OverviewEmirates Golf Club is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Golf Operations Attendant / Caddy Attendant to join the Golf Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the golf facilities and ensuring all members, guests, and visitors receive an exceptional golfing experience. The successful candidate will help maintain world-class standards across all golf operational areas while delivering outstanding customer service in line with Emirates Golf Club's hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesGolf Operations & Facility ManagementPrepare and maintain the driving range, members' practice range, short game area, and all practice facilities to the highest standards.Ensure golf carts are cleaned, charged, maintained, and ready for daily operations.Manage the bag drop area, bag storage facilities, and golf cart return stations efficiently.Assign practice bays and provide assistance to guests using training and practice facilities.Monitor golf operations areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns promptly to the Golf Operations Supervisor.Member & Guest ServicesWelcome members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.Assist with loading and unloading golf bags from vehicles and golf carts.Support members and guests with golf cart allocation and operational assistance.Provide accurate information regarding club facilities, practice areas, and operational procedures.Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.Events & Tournament SupportAssist with the setup and operation of golf tournaments, corporate golf days, member competitions, and special events.Support Golf Operations staff in ensuring successful execution of all club activities and events.Health, Safety & ComplianceFollow all Golf Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Ensure equipment is handled, maintained, and stored safely.Adhere to all company health, safety, and grooming standards.Perform any additional duties assigned by the Golf Operations Supervisor or Management team.Skills & QualificationsGood spoken and written English communication skills.Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.Well-groomed with a professional appearance.Physically fit and capable of lifting and transporting golf bags.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, leisure, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.What We OfferOpportunity to work at one of the region's most prestigious golf clubs.Dynamic and professional working environment.Training and development opportunities.Career growth within Golf Operations and the hospitality industry.Emirates Golf Club is committed to creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests through outstanding service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
