Costa Navarino, the premier golf destination in the southwest Peloponnese, is in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean.It is currently home to four stunning golf courses,The Dunes Course at Navarino Dunes, The Bay Course at Navarino Bay and The Hills Course & The International Olympic Academy Golf course at Navarino Hills with four 5-star deluxe hotels,The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes,W-Costa Navarino and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay, all in a radious of 13 km.In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels & golf courses will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens.As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and exceptional guest experiences, we are looking for a talented Golf Reservations Agent to join our team, based in Messinia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing golf reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the golf operations team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests who wish to enjoy our distinguished golf courses and related facilities.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate golf tee time reservations via telephone, email, or online systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailProvide detailed information about golf course conditions, availability, rates, and policies to guests and travel partnersRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints related to golf servicesCollaborate with the golf operations team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of course events, promotions, and schedulingAssist in promoting golf packages and services to maximize bookings and revenueMaintain accurate records of all reservations, cancellations, and no-showsEnsure adherence to Costa Navarino's service standards and health & safety policiesRequirementsPrevious experience in a golf reservation or hospitality role is preferredStrong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantageProficiency in reservation software and MS Office applicationsExcellent customer service skills with a proactive and friendly approachAbility to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detailPassion for golf and knowledge of the sport is a plus but not mandatoryTeam player with a positive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
