ONQOL (أنقل) is a growth marketing agency in Amman, Jordan that connects acquisition, conversion, creative testing, tracking and attribution, and lead conversion into one system judged by revenue. Candidates must not have external freelance commitments.Salary:600 - 800 JOD (Based on proven experience and technical proficiency).Role Description:We are looking for a Google Ads expert who lives and breathes data. You will handle multiple platforms (Meta, Snapchat, etc.), but your primary mastery must be in Google Ads and Search Engine Marketing.
Responsibilities
Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and other relevant platformsExecute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical)Implement and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta PixelSet up and manage Conversion APIs for tracking and optimizationCollaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creativesMonitor performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.)Provide detailed campaign reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
Proven agency experience in digital marketingHands-on experience in Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and Snapchat AdsStrong understanding of SEO principles and toolsProficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel & Conversion APIsFamiliarity with landing page platforms.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related fieldJob DetailsEmployment: Full-time
