This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with government entities, regulatory authorities, and relevant public sector stakeholders. Daily tasks include preparing and submitting official documents, permits, and licenses, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The specialist will coordinate and attend meetings with government officials, represent the company in formal communications, and maintain accurate records of all government interactions. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments to align business operations with regulatory requirements and supporting the resolution of government-related issues affecting transport and logistics activities.Qualifications Strong knowledge of government procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements related to transport and logistics.Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.Solid organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.Ability to work on-site in the Makkah Region and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Business, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or a similar role within transportation or logistics is highly beneficial.High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
