Senior Non-Key Expert – Governance & Public AdministrationNTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Governance & Public Administration to support technical assistance assignments related to governance, public administration reform, institutional development, organisational improvement, and strengthening the capacities and effectiveness of public institutions in Egypt.Qualifications and SkillsMaster’s degree in public administration, political science, governance, law, institutional development, or a related field.English: C1 level.Arabic: C1 level.Professional ExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in governance, public administration reform and institutional development.Experience conducting institutional assessments, functional reviews and capacity needs assessments.Experience developing organisational, administrative or institutional reform recommendations and action plans.Experience working with ministries or other public authorities.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send to recruitment@ntu.eu.
