🗂 We’re Hiring: Governance & Value Realization Consultant🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and governance-focused Governance & Value Realization Consultant to help organizations strengthen governance frameworks, improve business performance, and maximize value from strategic investments and transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with senior leadership, management teams, and key stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively governed, measured, and aligned with organizational objectives.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement governance frameworks aligned with organizational strategy, policies, and regulatory requirements.• Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, accountability frameworks, and performance standards.• Support senior leadership in monitoring strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and business investments.• Define and monitor KPIs, performance indicators, benefits targets, and value realization metrics.• Evaluate whether strategic initiatives are delivering expected financial, operational, and organizational value.• Identify performance gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.• Develop value realization frameworks, benefits tracking models, and strategic performance dashboards.• Conduct business and operational analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, revenue growth, and value creation.• Support portfolio, program, and project governance activities to ensure effective execution and accountability.• Prepare executive reports, governance reviews, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.• Work with Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to track benefits and strategic outcomes.• Monitor organizational risks, controls, policies, and compliance requirements.• Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and structured recommendations to senior management.• Develop and maintain governance policies, procedures, frameworks, and supporting documentation.• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and improvement initiatives.• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and measurable business value.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in governance, business transformation, management consulting, strategy, value management, or a related field.• Strong understanding of corporate governance, performance management, risk management, and organizational strategy.• Experience with value realization, benefits management, transformation programs, or strategic initiatives is preferred.• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to develop governance frameworks, performance metrics, and value realization models.• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience working with senior executives, steering committees, or cross-functional leadership teams.• Strong understanding of financial and operational performance measurement.• Experience with project, program, or portfolio management methodologies is an advantage.• Familiarity with risk, compliance, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage.• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and priorities in a complex business environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, Strategy, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or related governance and risk certifications are an advantage.• MBA or advanced qualification in Business Strategy, Management, or Governance is an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to shape governance frameworks and maximize value from strategic business initiatives.• Exposure to corporate governance, business transformation, value management, risk, performance optimization, and executive decision-making.• Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional business teams.• Career progression into Senior Governance Consultant, Value Realization Manager, Transformation Director, Governance Director, Strategy Director, Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) roles.• A strategic, structured, and performance-focused work environment.• Leadership mentorship, professional training, and development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
