Location: Abu DhabiPermanent RoleReports to Governance and Compliance DirectorBudget: AED 28k and AED 35k / monthROLE Definition: To implement and manage the Group’s governance, compliance programmes supporting the Governance and Compliance Director and management in meeting legal and regulatory obligations across the Group’s operations.Skills/Experience/ Qualification Professional Certifications At least one recognised governance, compliance, risk or audit professional qualification (e.g.

Chartered Governance Institute qualification, CIA or equivalent).Min 8 years+ experience in governance, compliance, risk rolesMin 5 years in a supervisory roleExperience in Construction/ EPC organizations,Knowledge of UAE / GCC regulationsEducation Required: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent.Preferred: Postgraduate qualification (e.g. LLM, MBA or equivalent).Languages English – fluent, spoken and written (mandatory).Arabic – good working proficiency (preferred).Main skills:Hands-on experience implementing and monitoring compliance programmes (e.g. anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, conflicts of interest, whistleblowing, regulatory compliance)Experience preparing management and Board reports, and liaising with regulators and auditors.Experience with compliance investigations
