GRC Specialist – Governance, Risk & ComplianceJob Summary:We are looking for a GRC Specialist to support the organization in developing and maintaining governance, risk management, and compliance practices. The role will be responsible for monitoring compliance requirements, identifying and assessing risks, supporting internal policies and procedures, and ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Identify, assess, and document organizational risks.Maintain GRC records, policies, procedures, and reports.Support internal audits and compliance reviews.Coordinate with different departments to address compliance gaps and risks.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, legal, or internal audit.Good command of English.Ability and willingness to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations is necessary.
