Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist to support the organization’s governance, risk management, and compliance activities. The role will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, monitoring internal controls, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain governance, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.Support internal and external audit activities.Track and remediate compliance gaps and audit findings.Ensure alignment with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.Prepare reports and dashboards for management.Support continuous improvement of the organization’s governance and compliance framework.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity.Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and risk management principles.Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CGRC, or ISO 27001 are preferred.
