Governance Specialist

We are looking for a Governance Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.Identify governance-related risks and ensure effective internal controls.Develop governance KPIs, dashboards, and reports for senior management.Conduct governance assessments and monitor audit findings and action plans.Lead governance improvement and organizational maturity initiatives.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.Experience in policy development, performance management, and KPI development.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in government, energy, utilities, or large corporate organizations is preferred.
