This is a great opportunity to work for a young and dynamic company!We are currently looking for a Government and Regulatory Affairs Analyst to join our team!Position SummaryThe Government and Regulatory Affairs Analyst supports Keel Infrastructure's permitting, entitlement, and government relations efforts across the company's data center infrastructure projects. This role blends regulatory tracking and compliance support with government relations coordination — monitoring permit status, tracking legislation and rulemaking, preparing briefing materials, and supporting engagement with elected officials and agency staff. This is a foundational role well-suited for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in regulatory affairs, government relations, or land use/permitting within the infrastructure and energy sector.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment Relations SupportTrack pending state and local legislation, rulemaking, and policy developments relevant to data center and energy infrastructure developmentPrepare briefing materials, one-pagers, and talking points for meetings with legislators, township officials, and agency staffMaintain and update contact databases for elected officials, staffers, and agency representativesCoordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, hearings, and testimony involving company leadershipDraft or assist in drafting public comments submitted during agency rulemaking processesRegulatory Tracking & Compliance SupportMaintain permit tracking logs and status dashboards across active projects (federal, state, and local approvals)Monitor regulatory deadlines, public comment periods, and agency filing requirementsAssist in preparing permit applications, exhibits, and supporting documentation for submission to agencies such as PADEP and local zoning/planning boardsResearch applicable regulations and precedent for new project sites or jurisdictionsSupport compliance reporting and recordkeeping for approved permitsCross-Functional SupportPartner with the LD&E team and other senior staff on project-specific regulatory strategyCompile status reports and briefing summaries for internal leadership reviewSupport special projects and research assignments as neededQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Environmental Policy, or a related field3–5 years of experience in government affairs, regulatory affairs, public policy, or a related support roleStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize technical/regulatory information for non-technical audiencesExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with tracking/database toolsPreferredExperience in energy, infrastructure, data center, or utility sectorsFamiliarity with Pennsylvania state and local government processes and ability to learn government and regulatory structures in other jurisdictionsPrior exposure to environmental and regulatory permitting processesWorking ConditionsOccasional travel to project sites, township meetings, or state capital for legislative engagementSome evening hours may be required to support public meetings
