Government Communications Specialist – Prestigious Ceremony Project | KSA📍 Location: Saudi Arabia📅 Contract: ASAP – 1 November 2026🎯 Project: Prestigious Ceremony / Major EventWe are looking for a Government Communications Specialist to support a prestigious ceremony project in Saudi Arabia.The role will focus on managing government relationships, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth engagement with key government entities and stakeholders throughout the project.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with government entities and stakeholders.Coordinate communication and engagement between the project team and relevant government bodies.Support government-related requests, approvals, meetings, and correspondence.Ensure clear and professional communication with senior government stakeholders.Coordinate internally to ensure government requirements are understood and addressed.Support the delivery of a high-profile ceremony project in KSA.RequirementsExperience in communications, government relations, stakeholder management, or a similar role.Strong experience working with government entities or public-sector stakeholders.Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.Arabic speaking is highly preferred.Experience in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.Event, ceremony, protocol, or large-scale project experience is a plus.Years of experience are not a key consideration — relevant experience and capability are what matter most.
