You will work closely with internal departments and relevant government authorities to facilitate communication, coordinate regulatory matters, and support the organization in meeting applicable government requirements.You will assist in monitoring government policies, regulations, guidelines, and public initiatives that may affect the organization. Responsibilities include preparing official correspondence, applications, reports, submissions, briefing materials, and other government-related documentation, while ensuring information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.You will coordinate meetings, communications, appointments, submissions, inspections, and follow-up activities with relevant authorities and stakeholders. You will also track regulatory developments, deadlines, approvals, licenses, permits, and other government-related matters, ensuring that necessary actions are completed in a timely manner.The role involves conducting research on government policies and regulatory developments, summarizing key information for management, and supporting internal teams in understanding relevant requirements. You will maintain professional relationships with government representatives and external stakeholders while ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Public Administration, Government Studies, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.Strong understanding of government procedures, regulatory frameworks, public administration, and official documentation.Good ability to research, interpret, and summarize government policies, regulations, guidelines, and announcements.Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in formal business and government correspondence.Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple government-related matters, deadlines, submissions, and follow-up activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate professionally with government authorities and external organizations.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical and responsible approach to regulatory matters.Familiarity with licensing, permits, compliance, public affairs, government relations, or regulatory affairs is a plus.Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.Professional, proactive, and highly responsible mindset with strong ethical standards and commitment to accuracy.
