We operate with a lean corporate structure in which every function carries real ownership, and Government Relations is expected to keep the company fully compliant, fully documented, and ahead of every deadline.The RoleWe are seeking a Government Relations Manager to lead KIH's GR function. You will own the company's standing with government authorities end-to-end: commercial registrations and licensing, workforce documentation, government platform transactions, and the relationships with ministries and authorities that keep the business moving. You will lead the GR team, set the standard for accuracy and follow-through, and give management early warning long before any deadline becomes a problem.This is a role for a GR professional who runs the function on process and records, not on memory and favors: every license tracked, every expiry forecast, every transaction documented.What You Will OwnCorporate Licensing & RegistrationsOwn the full portfolio of commercial registrations, municipal and operating licenses, and Chamber of Commerce memberships, including renewals, amendments and attestationsMaintain a live compliance calendar of every government obligation and expiry, with escalation well ahead of deadlinesManage company records with government authorities to an audit-ready standardGovernment Platforms & Workforce ServicesDirect all transactions across government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem and related portalsOversee the full employee government-services cycle: work permits, iqama issuance and renewal, visas, transfers and exit/re-entry, in coordination with HRMonitor Saudization requirements and Nitaqat status in coordination with HR, and flag risks to management earlyGovernment & Authority RelationsBuild and maintain professional working relationships with ministries, municipalities and government bodies relevant to KIH's operationsRepresent the company before government entities and follow transactions through to completionTrack regulatory changes affecting the company and advise management on required actionsTeam & Process LeadershipLead and develop the GR Officers, setting standards for responsiveness, accuracy and documentationBuild clear GR procedures, service standards and records so the function runs on system, not dependencyManage GR service providers and government-services costs within budgetQualifications & ExperienceSaudi national; this role represents the company before government authoritiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field8 to 12 years of government relations experience in the Kingdom, including supervision of a GR teamDemonstrated command of government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem); this is essentialStrong track record in licensing, registrations and government documentationNative Arabic; professional working EnglishWho You ArePrecise, reliable, and relentless on follow-up: in GR, a missed date is a stopped business.
