requirements are understood, government processes are handled efficiently, and organizational activities remain fully compliant.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Government Relations Manager to lead government liaison activities, regulatory coordination, licensing, permits, immigration support, government documentation, compliance administration, and stakeholder relationships with relevant UAE authorities.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulatory processes, excellent stakeholder-management skills, strong administrative discipline, and the ability to navigate complex government requirements efficiently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement government-relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.Manage the organization's relationships with relevant federal, emirate-level, municipal, economic, labor, immigration, licensing, and regulatory authorities.Serve as the primary point of contact for government-related administrative and regulatory matters.Maintain professional and constructive relationships with government officials and relevant authorities.Monitor changes in UAE laws, regulations, government policies, procedures, and administrative requirements.Assess the potential impact of regulatory changes on business operations.Communicate relevant regulatory developments to Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.Coordinate government approvals, permits, licenses, registrations, certificates, and renewals.Maintain comprehensive registers of government licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, and expiry dates.Ensure renewals and submissions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.Coordinate applications and documentation required for government authorities.Prepare, review, and submit government forms, applications, declarations, letters, supporting documents, and correspondence.Ensure all government submissions are complete, accurate, and properly authorized.Track government applications from submission through approval or completion.Maintain government-transaction trackers and follow up on outstanding applications.Escalate delays, rejected applications, missing documentation, or regulatory concerns to relevant management teams.Coordinate with government service centers, portals, authorities, and approved service providers.Manage electronic government platforms and ensure company information remains accurate and current.Coordinate company registrations and amendments with relevant authorities.Support establishment, branch, activity, ownership, address, or corporate-information changes where applicable.Coordinate trade-license renewals and related regulatory requirements.Support corporate and operational permit applications as required.Coordinate municipal, commercial, environmental, occupational, operational, and other regulatory approvals relevant to the organization's activities.Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure government submissions align with applicable laws and contractual requirements.Provide practical guidance to management regarding government processes, regulatory requirements, and administrative risks.Support government inspections, regulatory visits, audits, and official inquiries.Coordinate preparation for government inspections and ensure required documents are available.Manage responses to government observations, notices, requests for information, and corrective actions.Track regulatory commitments and ensure required actions are completed within deadlines.Support immigration and employee government-relations activities in coordination with HR.Coordinate visa, work-permit, residency, labor-card, Emirates ID, and related government processes where applicable.Monitor employee immigration and work-permit expiry dates.Support onboarding, transfers, renewals, cancellations, and amendments of employee government documentation.Coordinate employee-related government requirements with HR and relevant authorities.Maintain accurate records of government-related employee documentation while respecting applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.Support labor-related registrations, submissions, and government processes where applicable.Coordinate with Finance regarding government fees, deposits, guarantees, fines, penalties, and other regulatory payments.Maintain records of government-related expenses and payment requirements.Ensure government fees and charges are processed accurately and on time.Monitor regulatory penalties and identify recurring causes or compliance weaknesses.Work with Compliance and Operations teams to reduce regulatory exposure.Develop procedures and internal controls for government-relations activities.Establish clear workflows for government applications, approvals, renewals, submissions, and escalation.Maintain comprehensive government-relations records, correspondence, applications, approvals, certificates, licenses, and official communications.Ensure documentation is properly organized, secure, and readily accessible when required.Prepare regular government-relations reports for management.Develop dashboards covering licenses, permits, renewals, applications, government transactions, compliance deadlines, and outstanding matters.Monitor government-service turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement.Identify opportunities to digitize and automate government-relations processes.Maintain awareness of relevant UAE government digital platforms and e-government services.Coordinate with external PROs, government-service providers, consultants, legal advisers, and other third parties where required.Manage external government-relations service providers and monitor their performance against agreed requirements.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be relations, public-sector liaison, PRO services, regulatory affairs, corporate administration, or a closely related discipline.Experience managing UAE government processes across licensing, immigration, labor, municipal, economic, regulatory, and corporate authorities would be highly advantageous.The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of UAE government procedures and be
