The Government Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for managing Noble Horizon’s government-related transactions and ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements in Saudi Arabia.The role coordinates official documentation, employee and company registrations, government portal transactions, licence renewals, and communication with relevant authorities. It also provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of Noble Horizon’s office.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent Noble Horizon in government-related transactions and maintain professional relationships with the relevant authorities.Process company and employee requirements through government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, the Chamber of Commerce, and other relevant portals.Manage employment visas, Iqamas, work permits, exit/re-entry visas, sponsorship transfers, and other immigration-related requirements.Coordinate the issuance and renewal of commercial registrations, licences, certificates, permits, and other official company documents.Monitor document and licence expiry dates and ensure renewals are completed on time.Support the registration and setup of new business activities, offices, and operational requirements.Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of government documents, licences, employee files, and official correspondence.Keep management informed of regulatory updates, compliance requirements, deadlines, and potential risks affecting the company.Support management and employees with correspondence, filing, translation, and coordination of administrative requirements.Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to complete government-related procedures efficiently.Assist with the collection and delivery of official documents, parcels, and other business-related items when required.Occasionally support the transportation of company guests for official business purposes.Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all dealings with government authorities and internal stakeholders.Qualifications and RequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in government relations, public relations, or administration in Saudi Arabia.Strong working knowledge of Saudi labour, immigration, licensing, and government-related procedures.Practical experience using government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and the Chamber of Commerce.Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Valid Saudi driving licence.Strong organisational, follow-up, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information responsibly.Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a growing and fast-paced organisation.Working ConditionsThe position is primarily office-based but requires regular visits to government offices, service centres, banks, and other official locations.Local travel within Riyadh will be required.Occasional collection or delivery of official documents and transportation support for company guests may form part of the role.
