We prioritize maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.The core values that guide our people derive from our purpose to elevate the healthcare experience in the kingdom.Job Purpose:Build and maintain effective relationships with government entities and manage all assigned government-related transactions and procedures under the direction of the Government Affairs Manager, ensuring business interests are protected, regulatory compliance is maintained, and operations run efficiently.Key Accountabilities:Coordinate and liaise with government and regulatory authorities, including municipalities, Civil Defense, Chambers of Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, environmental authorities, Ministry of Transport, Traffic Department, and other relevant entities to ensure regulatory compliance.Manage and follow up on the issuance and renewal of operational licenses, building permits, safety certifications, and other regulatory approvals required for business continuity.Manage company vehicle-related transactions, including registrations, licenses, ownership transfers, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.Handle and follow up on matters related to traffic violations, police cases, security authorities, and other government-related issues.Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities regarding visa processing and travel-related government procedures.Represent the company before government entities regarding licensing, permits, compliance matters, and operational issues.Follow up on observations, violations, and regulatory requirements issued by government authorities and ensure timely resolution.Develop and maintain effective relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies to facilitate business operations and government.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Qualifications:High school or diploma.Minimum Experience:2-4 years’ experience in working with government relations and customers.Skills: Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations, procedures, and e-services platforms.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with government officials and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
