Glow’s reputation is built on clinical excellence, patient safety, and a supportive environment for both patients and team members.Role Description The GP Aesthetic professional will provide on-site aesthetic and dermatological care to patients at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. This full-time role includes conducting consultations, assessing patient needs, and recommending appropriate aesthetic and skincare treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols. Daily tasks involve performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, monitoring treatment outcomes, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The role also includes educating patients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and preventive skincare, while collaborating with dermatologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. The GP Aesthetic professional is expected to participate in case discussions, stay updated on aesthetic medicine developments, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.Qualifications Relevant medical qualification (e.g., MBBS or equivalent) with valid license to practice as a GP in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one, preferably with certification or formal training in aesthetic medicine.Demonstrated experience in performing aesthetic procedures such as injectables (e.g., neurotoxins, fillers), laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other non-surgical cosmetic interventions.Strong knowledge of dermatology basics, skin anatomy, and treatment protocols for diverse skin types and tones, with an emphasis on safety, contraindications, and evidence-based practice.Excellent patient communication and consultation skills, including the ability to explain procedures, manage expectations, obtain informed consent, and provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team, demonstrating professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory patient care.Strong attention to detail in documentation, adherence to infection control standards, and familiarity with clinic workflows and electronic medical records.Interest in continuous professional development, staying current with advancements in aesthetic
