The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care in accordance with DHA regulations and clinical guidelines. Daily responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, performing routine examinations, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with nursing and allied health teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with local health standards, and participating in patient education and preventive health initiatives. The GP may be involved in case discussions, internal training, and continuous improvement of clinical protocols to support high-quality patient outcomes.Qualifications Strong clinical background in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing a broad range of patient presentations.Demonstrated competence in Family Medicine, including continuity of care, preventive health, and chronic disease management.Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.Experience in Training, mentoring, or clinical teaching to support staff development and knowledge sharing.Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA licensure as a General Practitioner.Recognized medical degree and completion of relevant internship or residency program.Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with diverse patient populations.Commitment to ethical practice, evidence-based medicine, and ongoing professional development.
