The position involves providing comprehensive primary care and gynecological services, including patient consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment plans. The role includes managing chronic and acute conditions, coordinating care with nursing and allied health teams, and maintaining accurate medical records in line with DHA regulations. The GP - Gynec professional will counsel patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and family medicine issues, participate in clinical meetings, and contribute to continuous quality improvement within the practice. The role may also include supervising junior staff and supporting training activities to enhance clinical standards.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with proven experience managing a broad range of patient conditions.Competence in Family Medicine and gynecological care, including preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing staff, providing clear clinical guidance and patient-centered care.Experience in Training or mentoring clinical staff, supporting continuous learning and professional development.Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA registration as a General Practitioner or equivalent.Recognized medical degree and completion of relevant residency or postgraduate training in general practice or gynecology.Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
