The clinic emphasizes continuous improvement and the use of advanced technologies in aesthetic and medical dermatology.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Practitioner (GP) with an aesthetic focus at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic, located in the United Arab Emirates. The GP will provide comprehensive medical consultations, perform clinical examinations, and manage general health concerns while integrating aesthetic treatment planning into patient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient needs, recommending and performing approved aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, skin rejuvenation, and laser-based treatments), and ensuring safe, evidence-based practice in line with clinic protocols and regulatory standards. The role involves documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate medical records, obtaining informed consent, and following up on treatment outcomes to optimize patient satisfaction. The GP will also collaborate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other team members, participate in case discussions, support patient education on skincare and treatment options, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.Qualifications Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and full registration as a General Practitioner, with eligibility for licensure in the United Arab Emirates DHA or SHADemonstrated clinical experience in general practice, with a strong interest and practical exposure to aesthetic medicine in a clinic or hospital setting.Proficiency in performing or assisting with aesthetic procedures such as injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers), basic laser treatments, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation, or a strong willingness to train in these areas.Solid knowledge of dermatology-related conditions, skincare principles, and contraindications for aesthetic interventions, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, including the ability to explain treatment options, risks, and realistic outcomes in a clear, empathetic, and culturally sensitive manner.Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with readiness to work closely with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurses, and support staff in a multidisciplinary environment.Well-developed clinical documentation
