You will work alongside experienced engineers, product teams, and banking experts to build innovative solutions, transform ideas into working prototypes, and support the delivery of production-ready AI capabilities for customers around the world.What You'll DoContribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered features for our banking productsParticipate in the full AI innovation lifecycle, from exploring new ideas and building prototypes to helping deliver scalable, production-ready solutionsWork with banking data and business processes to develop AI applications that generate insights, automate tasks, and enhance user experiencesCollaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, solution experts, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful AI solutionsLearn and apply best practices for developing secure, scalable, and reliable AI applicationsAssist in integrating AI capabilities with our core banking platforms and enterprise technologies, including SAP-based environments where applicableStay up to date with emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas that help drive innovation across our productsTake ownership of development tasks while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced team membersRequirementsDegree in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering and interest in the consulting business in the area of financial service providersUnderstanding of different approaches to integrate LLMs into enterprise solutionsStrong programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, R) First cloud-native development experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Skilled at translating business requirements into scalable AI architectures Why Join Us?
