This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are willing to undergo comprehensive training and develop expertise in Documentum-based applications and solutions.The selected candidates will receive structured training and mentoring from experienced professionals and will work on enterprise-scale projects for global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in training programs focused on OpenText Documentum and related technologies.Learn and support Documentum administration, configuration, and development activities.Assist in managing and maintaining enterprise content management solutions.Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements.Support application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Prepare technical documentation and user guides.Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.Ensure adherence to project standards, quality processes, and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Recent graduates (2025 or 2026 pass-outs).Strong academic background and willingness to learn new technologies.Basic understanding of software development concepts and databases.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of Java, SQL, Linux, or Web Technologies.Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Exposure to content management systems or document management platforms is an advantage.
