Apply & track with Apply EdgeWood is recruiting for Graduate Engineer – Project Engineering – UAE National to join one of our business units in Sharjah, UAE.As a Wood Graduate you will join a culture of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what is possible to seek the best solutions for our clients.This recruitment activity supports the organization's Emiratization objectives and commitment to hiring UAE Nationals.Project Planning & ExecutionSupport the planning and execution of engineering projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables.Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets.Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, reports, and technical documentation.Ensure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.Technical SupportReview engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Assist in resolving technical issues arising during project execution.Participate in technical meetings and site inspections.Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.Coordinate project communications and progress updates.Support the management of contractor and vendor performance.Ensure effective collaboration among project team members.Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Participate in HSE inspections and risk assessments.Support implementation of quality control procedures.Promote a strong safety culture across project activities.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports.Maintain project records, logs, and documentation.Track project risks, issues, and action items.Assist with project close-out documentation and lessons learned.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiencies.Contribute to innovation and best-practice initiatives.Participate in professional development and training programs.Expected:Engineering Degree which must be an accredited degree course0 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, or related sectors.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
