We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Graduate Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about financial modelling, business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and helping organisations make informed financial decisions.No prior professional experience is required. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you build a successful career in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, and business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and management reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Perform variance analysis and monitor business performance against budgets.Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.Assist with profitability, cost, and revenue analysis.Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.Conduct market, competitor, and industry financial research.Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.Assist in business case preparation and investment analysis.Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial records.Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to support strategic decision-making.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyse complex financial information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Eagerness to learn financial systems and analytical tools.Preferred SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts).Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Tableau.Familiarity with financial modelling and forecasting techniques.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.Academic projects, internships, or finance-related coursework are beneficial but not required.What You'll GainStructured graduate training and mentoring.Hands-on experience with financial planning, budgeting, and business analysis.Exposure to corporate finance, FP&A, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making.Career progression opportunities in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Risk Management, Business Intelligence, and Management Consulting.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from graduates of all backgrounds.
