Graduate Learning Assistant

The British Royal School is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and Native English Speaker to join our educational team as a Graduate Learning Assistant (GLA).If you are passionate about education and want to help students achieve true linguistic fluency through an immersion environment, we want to hear from you!The RoleHours: 42 chronological hours per week.Focus: Creating an authentic English immersion environment within the school.Support: Working closely with teachers to facilitate lessons and providing direct support to students to boost their confidence and speaking skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality English-medium instruction.Engage students in natural conversation to improve fluency and pronunciation.Support small group activities and one-on-one interventions.Model native-level linguistic nuances and cultural context.RequirementsNative English Speaker (Mandatory).University degree (completed or in progress) or relevant teaching certification.Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and teenagers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ISP is committed to protecting and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
