The trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn about operations, client services, marketing, and analytics in the trading and investment environment. Daily activities may include assisting in market research, preparing reports and presentations, supporting client-facing teams, and contributing to internal projects and process improvements. The role involves close collaboration with senior team members, participation in training sessions, and application of analytical and problem-solving skills to real business cases. This position is designed to build a strong foundation for a future leadership role within Vplus Global Jakarta.Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret market data and business performance metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, including the ability to present ideas clearly.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, build professional relationships, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.High level of initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn about trading, investments, and financial markets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and basic data analysis tools.Interest or prior exposure to trading, investment, or fintech environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
