This one-year intensive training program, conducted in collaboration with the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIF), offers a clear pathway to significant leadership positions by equipping participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the banking sector.Placement Strategy:Placements are strategically determined early in the program based on the graduate's degree, interests, skills, and personality traits, aligning with their career aspirations and the bank’s operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Actively participate and excel in all assigned courses, aiming for high performance in examinations.Engage deeply in learning about and familiarizing with role-specific objectives and activities.Compile analytical reports and deliver insightful presentations to team members.Initiate and recommend system improvements to enhance bank operations.Understand and actively contribute to the daily processes and strategic goals of various departments.Research and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce risks.Execute all functions in accordance with the bank’s established policies and procedures.Ensure timely communication with relevant parties on all operational, risk, fraud, and AML issues.Demonstrate UAB’s core values of Integrity, Customer Focus, Competence, Consistency, and Courteousness.Role Eligibility & Requirements:Emirati with Family BookBachelor’s Degree (minimum)Have not been employed in the banking sector in the past 1 yearDemonstrated commitment to career advancement within the banking industryStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively both individually and as part of a teamFluent in both English and ArabicProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMotivated to quickly ascend to managerial roles within the financial industry
