Graduate Operations Analyst – Fintech (Dubai Based)Are you an Engineering or STEM graduate looking to start your career within the fast-growing world of fintech and digital assets?Fidarsi is partnering with an innovative fintech platform to appoint a Graduate Operations Analyst to join its Operations team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, analytical and technically minded graduate who is keen to build a career within financial services and gain hands-on exposure to digital assets, transaction processing and financial markets.You don't need previous experience within digital assets or financial services. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in understanding how technology and financial markets work.The RoleWorking as part of the Operations team, you will:Process and monitor transactions, client requests and exceptions, ensuring outstanding items are investigated and resolved promptlyIdentify and resolve operational issues, working with Compliance, Technology and other internal teams where requiredInvestigate transaction exceptions and escalate potential issues or control breakdowns appropriatelyDevelop a strong understanding of transaction processing across different asset classes, including digital assetsBuild knowledge of operational controls, processes and the wider financial services environmentSupport the maintenance of operational policies, procedures and process documentationAssist with training and the ongoing development of transaction-processing systems and processesWork closely with teams across the business in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environmentAbout YouWe would particularly like to hear from graduates with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or another STEM-related discipline.You will ideally be:Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skillsNaturally curious and interested in understanding how systems and processes workExtremely accurate with excellent attention to detailConfident working with data and technologyComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentA strong communicator who enjoys working collaborativelyInterested in fintech, financial markets and/or digital assetsKeen to learn and build a long-term career within OperationsThis is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting fintech business at the beginning of your career, with the chance to develop specialist knowledge across operations, financial markets and digital assets.If you are a recent Engineering or STEM graduate looking for your first opportunity within fintech, please get in touch with Shelley at Fidarsi, shelley@fidarsi.co.uk
