This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a long-term career within Operations and Middle Office, while also using technology to improve, streamline and automate the way things are done.You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with potential, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.The opportunity:You’ll join an experienced team and gain hands-on exposure to the operational side of a financial services business, learning how transactions, systems and processes work from end to end.This isn't a role where you'll simply be expected to follow existing processes. The team wants someone who will learn how things work, ask intelligent questions and, as their knowledge develops, challenge whether things could be done better.Technology and process improvement will be an important part of the role.
